Teflon coated Moulds for Toy Industries

Where Used: On the moulds of toys of various complicated configurations, inside of various size pipes to extrude nylon.

Advantages: Ease of removal of each piece from the mould without any deformation, breakage, close tolerance of the OD of the extruded nylon rods, no need of silicon oil for release purposes hence less contamination of the product.

System Used: Teflon PTFE, PFA, and FEP 40 to 100 microns. (.04 to .1mm)
