Teflon coated Biscuit & Confectionery dies

Where Used: Biscuit making industries, chocolate and confectionery Industries, Sugar candy making industries.

Advantages: Non stick surface of the mould to make biscuits or chocolate or sugar candy will help easy release of the products. Complicated shapes /designs can be made, less wastage and rejects of the molded biscuits or candies, No use of releasing agents on to the mould before the process, Less use of fats, Faster and neat production.

System Used: Teflon food grade coating system which is FDA approved, 40 to 80 microns(.04 to .08mm)
