Teflon Coated Jet dying baskets

Where Used: In jet dying process in textile process houses.

Advantages: Pre-treatment of cloth for dying is done in ?U? shape baskets using various corrosive chemicals. The basket is constructed out of SS material. However the surface of the basket gets pitted in due course of time causing spotting and fibrillation of the cloth which passes trough it. Teflon coating of inside of the basket prevents/delays this phenomenon thereby increases quality and productivity of the cloth. Uninterrupted production is achieved.

System used: Teflon PTFE or TEFZEL 80 to 150 microns (.08 to 0.150mm)

Customers: Various textile process houses, Devrekha, Surat.
