Teflon coated Vessels for chemical/ pharmaceutical industries

Where Used: Reaction vessels for chemical process industries and pharmaceutical industries

Advantages: Corrosion protection from all most all chemicals used in chemical industries, Higher heat resistance, ease of cleaning, better heat transfer than glass lining as the surface is non-stick, onsite repair in some cases.

System Used: Teflon PFA hard coat, Tefzel, PVDF 400 to 1400 microns (0.4 to 1.4mm)thickness.

Customers: Transpeck, Sunpharma, Wokhardt, Vipor chemicals and various chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries
